To initiate a refund, please contact us at support@digital-evolves.com. Provide your order number and the reason for requesting a refund. We may require evidence of the service's condition or your participation to process your refund.
Services that have been substantially utilized, such as completed courses or attended sessions, are not eligible for refunds. Promotional or discounted services are also non-refundable unless otherwise specified.
Once your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain number of days.
