  • The service must not have been substantially utilized or completed.
  • Refunds for bundled services will be proportional to the unused portion.

Non-refundable Circumstances

Services that have been substantially utilized, such as completed courses or attended sessions, are not eligible for refunds. Promotional or discounted services are also non-refundable unless otherwise specified.

Refund Processing

Once your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain number of days.
